The clearing at the corner of US 12 Bypass and Springfield parkway is going to be the site of a new CVS Pharmacy. The site is located across Springfield Parkway from Captain Steve’s.

The project is part of a the Rutledge at Springfield which has planned to have 245 apartment dwelling units.
